Rusty Johnson brings a retailer's perspective to his skills as a property manager for THF's shopping center holdings in the East Coast region. He joined THF Realty with 18 years experience with a national retailer. Today his portfolio of THF properties span four states - West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Alabama - and include 13 retail centers totaling more than 3.5 million square feet of space. Rusty oversees daily operations and is responsible for the financial management of each center. To advance his property management skills, Rusty is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
