 Jeff Otto Project Manager
A lawyer and architect by training, Jeff Otto uses both skills to manage the development process for THF's community shopping center developments, including land assembly, securing governmental approvals, economic incentives and financing, and managing design and construction.
Prior to joining THF, Jeff helped manage real estate assets for publicly-traded Forest City Enterprises, in Cleveland Ohio. He was also a partner at the Clayton, Missouri-based law firm of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC, where he practiced real estate law for more than 10 years. Jeff has served as an adjunct professor to the Washington University School of Law. Jeff also serves on the board of directors of the YMCA of Greater St. Louis.
He received a degree in architecture from the University of Notre Dame and received his law degree doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law. Jeff is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
