Bill Drumm joined THF Realty in 2006 as a Leasing Agent. Bill is currently responsible for leasing in-line shops as well as the sale and leasing of ground at THF owned developments. His time is spent focusing on developments located in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Ohio, and Western Pennsylvania. Prior to joining THF Realty, Bill spent 4 years with a full service commercial real estate firm in their Corporate Services division. Filling multiple roles, Bill became familiar with several Fortune 500 companies and their real estate needs in areas including facilities management, transaction management, construction coordination, as well as brokerage. As a result of his experience, Bill brings project management and excellent customer service skills to the THF team. Bill graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in both finance and real astate and a minor in economics. During his time at Mizzou, Bill was also heavily involved in Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity. | ||
