Brian Deutsch joined THF Realty in 2006 as THF's first Leasing Manager. Brian's responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the leasing team and reporting status/results to the property owners. In addition to managing the team, Brian negotiates leases with key tenants in THF's portfolio using his experience gained from being on the tenant side of the business for 11 years. For the first 10 years of Brian's real estate career, he worked for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker as an Assistant Vice President/Account Manager and served as Account Manager for one of the company's largest retail clients, a Fortune 500 company with over 10,000 retail outlets throughout the country. Prior to joining THF Realty, Brian was a Senior Real Estate Director for Office Depot with responsibilities in personnel management and planning/executing a real estate development program that helped the company grow by 100 stores per year. Through these positions, Brian acquired skills in critical thinking, planning/execution, negotiation, and most importantly, the art of customer service. Brian graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management. | ||
