Our Team
Todd Lambert
Todd joined THF in 2007, bringing a strong finance, tax and accounting background to the organization. He oversees all aspects of financial management of THF’s largest development project, the 2,000-acre, mixed-use development in Brighton, CO. Todd also assists with analyzing merger and acquisition opportunities and project financing for other THF properties.
Prior to THF, Todd worked in Deloitte & Touche’s tax practice and Emerson Electric’s corporate headquarters accounting group, providing him exposure to the multitude of varying and unique aspects of financial management of both privately held and publicly traded organizations.
Todd earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Olin School of Business at Washington University and a Bachelor of Science – Accounting from the University of Utah. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
