Tim Lowe

Tim joined THF Realty in 2010 as Vice President – Leasing, with primary responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the leasing department, including the reporting of results and status to the property owners. Tim is also responsible for Junior Anchor leasing within the THF portfolio. Tim has over 25 years of experience in the acquisition, development and leasing of regional shopping centers and other retail venues.

As Senior Vice President-Development for CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., Tim was responsible for re-development activities in the Midwest region. Prior to CBL, Tim spent over 20 years with Westfield/Centermark Properties, most recently serving as Executive Vice President-Development responsible for development activities in the Midwest/Mid-Atlantic regions. His major accomplishments include the redevelopment of over 4 million square feet of retail space including such notable properties as West County Center (Des Peres, MO), Chesterfield Mall (Chesterfield, MO), Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD), Annapolis Mall (Annapolis, MD) and Wheaton Center (Wheaton, MD).

Tim also created and led the Airport Concession Management division at Westfield which developed, leased and managed retail and food & beverage programs at various major U.S. airport locations. Tim was also involved in the assessment, valuation, bidding, negotiation and acquisition of the retail space lease at the World Trade Center in New York City.
