Tim Hogenkamp
Tim joined THF Realty in 2001 as Controller before taking on the responsibilities of Vice President – Accounting and Lease Administration in 2008. Tim has primary responsibility over THF's accounting, budgeting, tax compliance, financial reporting and lease administration. Tim has over 20 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
He began his career in 1990 with Venture Stores, Inc., during the spin-off from May Department Stores. He held positions in Property Accounting, General Accounting and Finance before becoming the Director of Financial Planning and Treasury, where his responsibilities included company budgeting, strategic planning and cash management. Tim's accomplishments with Venture Stores, Inc. include the design and implementation of the Executive Information System and the automation and redesign of the corporate budget system. Tim has also worked with Anheuser-Busch, Inc. in Revenue Management and Influence where he served as Vice President of Finance.
Tim is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a CPA in the State of Missouri. In addition, Tim sits on the Board of the St. Louis Crisis Nursery and remains active in youth sports in the St. Louis area.
