Steven Gatton
Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Steven was promoted to Asset Manager in 2008. His responsibilities include day-to-day operations and management of 17 shopping centers consisting of 3.3 million square feet and over 200 tenants. His responsibility also includes budgetary and fiscal monitoring for each shopping center. Steve manages THF’s flagship property – Chesterfield Commons. In addition, he manages THF’s assets in O’Fallon and Hannibal Missouri as well as the shopping centers in the Quad Cities.
Steven joined THF Realty in 2001 as a Financial Analyst. His responsibilities included Acquisitions, Project Feasibility, Development Accounting, Asset Analysis and Project Financing. As a Senior Financial Analyst, Steve was part of a team that financed over a half billion dollars.
Steve received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School and received his Undergraduates Degree in Business Finance from Lindenwood University. Steve is currently a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
