Mike Tamblyn
Mike Tamblyn joined THF Realty in 2006 as the Asset Manager for our Colorado properties. Mike is responsible for the fiscal monitoring and day to day operations of THF's shopping centers in Grand Junction, Steamboat and along the Colorado Front Range, including Prairie Center, THF's 2,000-acre development in Brighton, Colorado.
In addition, Mike is the Project Manager for the shops at Firestone City Centre, responsible for overseeing the bid process, contract negotiation and the day to day management from ground breaking to project completion.
Prior to joining THF, Mike worked for several real estate developers including Forest City Enterprises and Developers Diversified, where he opened several newly developed retail centers and managed a large portfolio of retail and office properties.
Mike received his degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mike also serves on the board of the Brighton Economic Development Corporation.
