Lou Malamas
Lou joined the THF team in 2009 as an Asset Manager and brings over 15 years of property and construction management experience to the company. Prior to joining THF, Lou worked for several financial institutions where he developed and managed the construction of new banking facilities throughout the United States.
Lou has developed projects in Florida, Texas, Arizona, Illinois and Missouri. He currently manages over 2 million square feet of property for THF, including centers in Missouri, Kentucky and Illinois.
