Joe Cook
Joe Cook's financial expertise is utilized on every THF project, including overseeing new project feasibility and asset analysis, financial projections, development accounting and project financing. As finance manager, he has been directly involved in more than 90 financing transactions for retail shopping centers totaling more than $900 million.
Joe joined THF in 2001, bringing a wealth of experience in performing valuations of closely-held businesses and limited partnership interests, including partnerships where real estate was the underlying asset. He also consulted on mergers and acquisitions.
Joe is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia, where he earned a degree in business administration with an emphasis on finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the St. Charles Community College Foundation board.
