Jeff Otto
Jeff Otto is a lawyer and architect by training. He uses both these skills to manage the development process for THF's community shopping center developments. In addition to managing both design and construction, his responsibilities include land assembly, securing governmental approvals, economic incentives and financing.
Prior to joining THF, Jeff started his career as an assistant project developer for publicly-traded Forest City Enterprises, in Cleveland Ohio. He was a partner at the Clayton, Missouri-based law firm of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC, where he practiced real estate law for more than 10 years. Jeff has served as an adjunct professor to the Washington University School of Law and serves on the board of directors of the Magic House Children's Museum.
He received a professional degree in architecture from the University of Notre Dame and received his juris doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law. Jeff is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
