Darren Ridenhour
Darren Ridenhour joined THF Realty in 1998 and spent 2 years as a Development Accountant. He was then promoted to Asset Manager in 2000 where he managed a portfolio of 3 million square feet including THF's flagship property Chesterfield Commons in Chesterfield, MO.
In 2003 Darren transitioned into development as a Project Manager overseeing the entitlement, budgeting, contract negotiation and day to day management processes for developments such as Wentzville Crossroads Marketplace, Grindstone Plaza, Red Oak Plaza and Fairview Marketplace.
In 2008 Darren was promoted to Vice President - Asset Management. Darren's responsibilities include the day to day management of THF's Management team who manage THF's portfolio of 20 million square feet. He also manages THF's Construction Roof Management Services (CMRS) division which works closely with our Development, Leasing and Management teams as well as overseeing various construction and roofing related activities.
Darren is a graduate of Missouri State University where he earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting.
