Alan Bornstein
Alan Bornstein joined THF in 2000. Alan's work for THF includes negotiating and managing the development process for numerous community shopping centers, including land assembly, entitlement, construction financing and project development.
His work in this area has involved properties in more than twenty states. In addition, he has participated in and negotiated a number of real estate joint ventures.
Alan is also a partner with SNR Denton LLP in St. Louis. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and corporate law. He has extensive experience in negotiating and documenting real estate transactions on behalf of both lenders and developers. He has participated in and managed acquisition, construction, permanent financings, and real estate syndication.
Alan is a member of The Missouri Bar and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Alan received his JD from Washington University and his LLM in taxation from New York University. He received his B.S. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
