Sam Adler
Leasing Representative
Sam Adler currently handles all leasing activities for 14 THF projects throughout Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio totaling more than 3.3 million square feet of retail space. Prior to joining THF, Sam helped develop and market properties for Prudential Alliance Commercial in St. Louis, Missouri.

With more than 25 years experience as a roofing specialist, Rex Beckham inspects and evaluates roof systems on THF properties.

Drew Bextermueller's service to THF tenants is exemplified in his proficiency with transaction management, disaster recovery, construction management and facilities management.
Karen Blumenstein
Developer
Based in Denver, Colorado, Karen leads the development of our new shopping centers and is responsible for land assembly, securing governmental approvals, economic incentives and financing, managing design and construction and relationships with our anchor tenants.
Alan Bornstein
Developer
Alan Bornstein joined THF in 2000. Alan's work for THF includes negotiating and managing the development process for numerous community shopping centers, including land assembly, entitlement, construction financing and project development.
Justin Brockman
Leasing Representative
After interning for THF throughout college at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, Justin joined the leasing team in 2003. Justin has handled leasing for THF centers in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Minnesota, South Carolina, and Illinois.
Andy Boyd
Senior Asset Manager
Andy Boyd manages approximately 3 million square feet of retail space in West Virginia and Ohio. Based in the West Virginia office, Andy also provides assistance to the East Coast Management Team which oversees shopping centers in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New York, South Carolina and Alabama. In addition to managing the shopping centers in his portfolio, Andy is also the development specialist for the east coast, working on new projects and redevelopment.
Chuck Carnaghi
Roof Consultant
Chuck Carnaghi applies more than 20 years of roofing experience to serve THF tenants as member of the Construction Roof Management Services division. He inspects and evaluates roof systems of THF properties throughout the portfolio. He works closely with property managers on their roofing needs and ensures all roofs are constructed and maintained in compliance with THF roof guidelines and safety protocols.
Mike Caton
General Counsel
Mike is a graduate of St. Louis University Law School and a magna cum laude graduate of St. Louis University. He began his career in 1982 as an attorney at Lewis & Rice in the commercial litigation, municipal law and estate planning areas.
Joe Cook
Vice President - Finance
Joe Cook's financial expertise is utilized on every THF project, including overseeing new project feasibility and asset analysis, financial projections, development accounting and project financing. As finance manager, he has been directly involved in more than 90 financing transactions for retail shopping centers totaling more than $900 million.
Steven Gatton
Asset Manager
Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Steven was promoted to Asset Manager in 2008. His responsibilities include day-to-day operations and management of 17 shopping centers consisting of 3.3 million square feet and over 200 tenants. His responsibility also includes budgetary and fiscal monitoring for each shopping center. Steve manages THF’s flagship property – Chesterfield Commons. In addition, he manages THF’s assets in O’Fallon and Hannibal Missouri as well as the shopping centers in the Quad Cities.
Tim Hogenkamp
Vice President - Accounting
Tim joined THF Realty in 2001 as Controller before taking on the responsibilities of Vice President – Accounting and Lease Administration in 2008. Tim has primary responsibility over THF's accounting, budgeting, tax compliance, financial reporting and lease administration. Tim has over 20 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
Bob Jakubeck
Corporate General Counsel
Bob Jakubeck serves as corporate general counsel and is responsible for all legal aspects of real estate development, including acquisition, financing, divestitures and joint ventures.
Rusty Johnson
Asset Manager
Rusty Johnson brings a retailer's perspective to his skills as a property manager for THF's shopping center holdings in the East Coast region. He joined THF Realty with 18 years experience with a national retailer.
Todd Lambert
Finance Manager
Todd joined THF in 2007, bringing a strong finance, tax and accounting background to the organization. He oversees all aspects of financial management of THF’s largest development project, the 2,000-acre, mixed-use development in Brighton, CO. Todd also assists with analyzing merger and acquisition opportunities and project financing for other THF properties.

For nearly two decades, Dennis LaRue has been managing commercial properties. At THF, Dennis manages 2.1 million square feet of property in Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Michigan.
Racine Leahy
Leasing Representative
Racine Leahy handles leasing for more than 5.1 million square feet of space at THF holdings in Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, New York and South Carolina.
Tim Lowe
Vice President - Leasing
Tim joined THF Realty in 2010 as Vice President – Leasing, with primary responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the leasing department, including the reporting of results and status to the property owners. Tim is also responsible for Junior Anchor leasing within the THF portfolio. Tim has over 25 years of experience in the acquisition, development and leasing of regional shopping centers and other retail venues.
Lou Malamas
Asset Manager
Lou joined the THF team in 2009 as an Asset Manager and brings over 15 years of property and construction management experience to the company. Prior to joining THF, Lou worked for several financial institutions where he developed and managed the construction of new banking facilities throughout the United States.
Mike Neary
Leasing Representative
Michael Neary joined THF Realty in 2004 and is currently responsible for leasing a portion of our Midwest Portfolio, which includes centers in Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa and Missouri. Mike has also worked within the Asset Management and Finance Departments while employed at THF.
Jeff Otto
Developer
Jeff Otto is a lawyer and architect by training. He uses both these skills to manage the development process for THF's community shopping center developments. In addition to managing both design and construction, his responsibilities include land assembly, securing governmental approvals, economic incentives and financing.
Darren Ridenhour
Vice President - Asset Management
Darren Ridenhour joined THF Realty in 1998 and spent 2 years as a Development Accountant. He was then promoted to Asset Manager in 2000 where he managed a portfolio of 3 million square feet including THF's flagship property Chesterfield Commons in Chesterfield, MO.
Gary Rittle
Asset Manager
Gary Rittle manages 8 shopping centers in THF Realty's eastern portfolio totaling just under 3 million square feet of space. He manages 5 retail centers in Pennsylvania and 1 each in Virginia, New York and South Carolina.
Kelly Sebastian
Portfolio Manager
With over 15 years experience, which includes 10+ years at THF, Kelly Sebastian has held positions to include Senior Lease Analyst, Asset Manager and currently serves as our Portfolio Manager overseeing our Lease Administration Department, managing the receivables, collections, billings, taxes and a lease inventory of 12,000+.

Construction Manager
Mark brings to THF over 29 years of general construction experience ranging from estimating, purchasing, contract management, supervision, and construction management. Mark has successfully completed over 1 billion dollars in construction projects so far in his career, conveying a wide variety of construction aspects.
Mike Tamblyn
Senior Asset Manager
Mike Tamblyn joined THF Realty in 2006 as the Asset Manager for our Colorado properties. Mike is responsible for the fiscal monitoring and day to day operations of THF's shopping centers in Grand Junction, Steamboat and along the Colorado Front Range, including Prairie Center, THF's 2,000-acre development in Brighton, Colorado.
Fallis Watkins
Construction Manager
Fallis Watkins joined the Construction and Roof Management Services (CRMS) division of THF Realty as a Construction Manager in 2007. He works closely with our Leasing, Development and Asset Management teams, providing budgeting and overseeing construction of tenant improvements and various special projects, ensuring adherence to building and safety codes as well as THF specifications.
Eddie Cherry
Leasing Representative
Eddie Cherry joined THF Realty as a Leasing Representative in 2011. Eddie will primarily focus on the Midwest portfolio with specific leasing responsibility for Carlyle Plaza, Cottonwood Plaza, Green Mount Commons, Telegraph Crossing and Whistlestop.
