The property is located near the intersection of Highway DD and Interstate 64, which is near the central portion of St. Charles County. It is within the boundaries of the City of O'Fallon which is generally bisected north-to-south by State Highway K, as is generally bordered on the north by State Highway 79 and on the south by Interstate 64. Surrounding communities include Weldon Spring, Cottleville, and St. Peters to the east, St. Paul and Josephville to the north, and Lake St. Louis to the west. Dardenne Prairie is a non-contigious municipality which is partially surrounded by O'Fallon.
