Having Fun at THF's Annual Party & Meeting

"To Have Fun" was the theme for THF's Annual Party & Meeting held November 8th at The Sheldon Concert Hall. Almost 400 employees and business associates attended this year from 12 states, enjoying the evening's events. While having cocktails and appetizers and mixing with colleagues, guests were also invited to have their photos taken in an old-fashioned photo booth. Earlier in the afternoon, our out-of-town guests were treated to a behind-the-scenes tour of the Saint Louis Zoo.

Marian Nunn began the program by thanking employees and vendors. "Without the wisdom, good judgment, speed and responsiveness of our employees and vendors, we would not have the portfolio that we do. When you visit a THF center, you know that every employee and every person on the job left a piece of their heart in that center."

The program continued by honoring two companies as Business Partners of the Year. TR,i Architects received Development Vendor of 2007. From planning and consulting to architecture and graphics, TR,i puts innovation and reliability into every project. Reinhold Electric was honored with the Portfolio Business Partner of 2007. From re-lamping to rewiring - from troubleshooting an outage to providing emergency power, this contractor is a critical partner and their work is greatly appreciated.

Michael Staenberg closed the evening remarks, "We're not only entitled to enjoy the fun in our work and success, but I have always believed that how much fun we're having is a pretty good indication of how well we're doing. So congratulations to all of us and thank you for your hard work, your spirit, your energy, your optimism and your perseverance. Thank you for being the best, most efficient and most effective commercial real estate organization in America. I am flattered to be a member of this incredible family."
